Shincheonji Volunteer Group is awarded appreciation plaque.

Volunteer group of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, in Deagu is awarded appreciation plaque for their volunteer service; 'Share love, Hairdressing volunteer'. 

“The sky gives us life constantly. 

All creatures on the ground lives with light, rain and air that the sky gives them.

This is a wonderful education volunteer of life.”

 This Shincheonji Volunteer Group’s spirit is brightening Daegu city nowadays.

 The director of Jaseng E hospital, Dongcheol Bae, recognized Volunteer group of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, in Deagu‘s volunteer services and awarded appreciation plaque. Their constant volunteer work has been conducting for the last 3 years.

 

 In every third Tuesday of the month, the group's volunteer workers have visited indisposed elderly patients having many troubles go out and helped them with trimming their hair since January, 2012. This volunteer service called ‘Share love, Hairdressing volunteer’.

The volunteer workers have been practicing love by not only volunteering but also being companions to talk with them like a son and daughter.

 

The director of Jaseng E hospital says

“I appreciate Volunteer group of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, in Deagu for their sincere volunteer services. They have been visiting indisposed elderly patients who keep fighting with their illness and caring them with warm helping hands. These voluntary hands have a good effect on our hospital and also patients’ family was very gratified to see them neat in appearance.”

One patient, Gyeyong Yoo(82) says

“Thanks for their hairdressing volunteer services. My visitors and families have been said that good to see my well-groomed hair.”

A social welfare worker working Jaseng E hospital says

“Some patients are very hard to get haircuts in their conditions. but Thanks to Volunteer group of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, in Deagu, patients are very satisfied with their volunteer services. I admired the group’s spirit.”

One of the group’s volunteer workers says with tearful eyes.

“This volunteering time was very meaningful time for me. Because I could practice Jesus word; 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'. I hope all these patients get healthy and have a time of no pain or crying.

 Meanwhile the leader of the tribe, Daegu church, Myeongseok Choi, says

“Shincheonji Volunteer Group has been practicing true love, volunteer and dedication and

volunteering with their talents and passion for our local community.

Furthermore we will hold a ‘Parade of sharing heavenly love’ in this year and continue sincere volunteer services sustainedly.

God is love.

God said,

"Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

(Romans 13:10)"

There are people who fulfill this word in their lives.

Their name is Shinchonji Volunteer Group. 

Shincheonji Volunteer Group has many branches and committed members.

Today, I introduce to you one of their actions in God's love.

In the last month of  2014, 

Incheon Shincheonji Volunteer Group has donated daily necessities, which called "Package of Love", to Mongolia.

Mongolia known as the "Land of the Eternal Blue Sky" or "Country of Blue Sky".

Most of the country is hot in the summer but extremely cold in the winter, with January averages dropping as low as −30 °C (−22 °F). This heavy cold continues from January to August for 8 months.

and It's hard to get warm clothes, necessaries for many mongolian nomads.

So the members decided to give them their hands for helping. Each member donated small packages of  necessaries with their warm hearts. By putting these small packages together was made  "Package of Love".

one of the member said 

"Although these donations in kind are small things,
 we wish they become valuable things for someone's life."

 Shincheonji Volunteer Group is volunteering for practicing and spreading God's love in all around the world even now.
